Meet our team
Born and raised in Germany, I began my career as a travel agent and tour guide for high end incentive groups in Europe. After receiving a degree in tourism, I worked for more than 21 years worldwide as a project manager for an event management company specializing in Adventure Travel, Film & Photo Productions and Promotional Events for international corporations.
In 2011 I took a break from the event business and traveling. Together with my husband Chris, I built the Adventure Park, a high ropes course facility in Moab, Utah and focused on teaching team building and working with youth groups.
I like the challenge and creativity in my job. There is always something new and different. New locations, new activities, new people and new experiences.
After organizing and executing several multi cultural travel events in the U.S. and Canada during the last three years, I decided it is time to come back to my roots of Event Planning and Destination Management and to the place where I organized my very first event and I call home now: the beautiful desert landscapes of Moab.
In 2017 I started the first event, wedding and production rental company in Moab. With questions about rentals came questions about where to find very unique venues, caterers and recommendations for all kinds of other local vendors. The idea was born to use my expertise and connections to start a wedding planner service and to build a network of local vendors to help brides creating a very special Moab wedding experience!
I professionally perform as a musician; playing the guitar and singing at the exclusive Sorrel River Ranch resort on the Colorado River. I am happy to sing the songs that are special to you as a couple at your ceremony. I can create the repertoire for you if you prefer. We can give you sample recordings to work with.
Also, I can be your wedding officiant. Bringing people together gives me great joy. I look forward to helping make your day memorable. As your wedding officiant, it is my wish for your wedding ceremony to be how you want it and, to help hold a place of calm on your special day.
And if you need a bartender, look no further! I come from 10 years of Alaska fine dining experience, having owned a restaurant on Kenai Lake. I wear many hats with a lifetime of experience in tourism, customer service, teaching, and guiding. Here in Moab, I have been operating the Adventure Park Moab, a high ropes course for three years.
Consider having a yoga class the morning of your wedding; for yourself and your fiancé, for the wedding party, or include all your guests. I can lead a heart centered flow or a gentle class, however you like. Yoga is a wonderful way to start your wedding. Center yourself and get ready for your big day!
